Dr. Semahat Demir, NSF Biomedical Engineering Program Director

Dr. Demir will discuss new opportunities for multidisciplinary research funding and strategies for more effectively communicating STEM research to legislators and the general public.

Dr. Elizabeth Posillico, President and CEO, Elusys Therapeutics, Inc.

Dr. Posillico will discuss emerging trends in biopharmaceutical research.
