Why I came to NJIT:  MY PARENTS MADE ME!....no I'm playing ::laughing:: NJIT is known for being the best university for engineering in the country. I want to be the the best in my field and amoung my peers which I knew NJIT would provide. Also I was 15 to 20 minutes from home which made my parents very happy.

My advice to you as a first year student: Always be yourself and be your own foundation. Take chances and don't hold back in anything you want to do to better youself.
