Why I came to NJIT: I wanted to be closer to New York and also go to a school that was focused and on top of the latest Engineering innovations.

Clubs, groups I belong to: Alpha Sigma Tau, African Student Association, Murray Women’s Center, and National Society of Black Engineers.

What I love most about NJIT: I love how diverse the student population of NJIT is and I have met really great people here.

My advice to you as a first year student: Study hard, have fun and get involve on Campus
