The first year of college is an exciting time -- but it is also filled with challenges and new experiences. The Murray Center Scholars is an innovative learning communities program that is designed to ensure that participating first year, full time female students get off to the right start here at NJIT.
Each Scholar is assigned to a team headed by Murray Center Ambassadors, a select group of upper class women. Right from the beginning of the semester, the Ambassadors are on hand with those critically important study tips and survival skills to help Scholars make a smooth transition to the classroom and the campus community.
