Murray Center for Women in Technology


The Murray Center is a university-wide network that connects women students and faculty to each other and to the resources they need to succeed. The Center was established in 1995 to continue the work of the late Dr. Constance A. Murray (NJIT Dean of Students), 1978-1994)a passionate advocate for diversity. Our Initiatives: A peer-to-peer support system for first year students. A professional network for graduate students. A nationally-recognized program to advance women faculty. Our Location: The 2nd Floor of the Campus Center. The MCWT provides a quiet place to study, a lounge for relaxation with friends, computers, a library, a mini-kitchen, and two conference rooms.
